In the unlikely situation that there is a mechanical issue, we keep an inventory of required components at our warehouse in Orlando, FL.

Q: Can the simulator operate in certain time intervals for a pay-per-ride operation?

Show Answer

The system can be set up to allow different intervals for the timed rides.  It can be programmed so you can have the attendant type in how long the user paid for and will have it lock out after that period of time.  This will prevent any issues where a person takes 20 minutes to do a 3 lap race and only paid for 5 minutes.

Simply plug in the Atomic A3 using any available USB 2.0 or 3.0 port on your computer. Launch Simphynity and you are ready to play! Some games require a first time setup for best results. Q: How far can the units move along each axis?

Show Answer

There are 2 degrees of freedom with 27 degrees of motion on each axis, which is plenty of movement to achieve immersion in virtual reality. The software simulates the forces one would feel while in the virtual experiences rather than following the movement 1:1. This allows us to achieve and maintain the highest levels of immersion throughout the experience with a compact and portable design.
